What we collect

  • Account details: your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and a Google account ID from Google. We never see your Google password.
  • Order details: the package you bought, your brand details (including a contact name and, if you choose to give it, a phone number), briefs, feedback, and the files and links you share with us.
  • Uploaded files: logos, images and documents you upload are stored securely and only shown to you and the Flowmelo studio.
  • Enquiries: the information you send through our contact form.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Usage data: if you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about how you use the site (pages visited, device and approximate location) with IP anonymisation.

How we use it

To create your account, take payment, produce and deliver your ads, communicate with you about your order, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. We don't sell your data.

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us run Flowmelo, such as our payment processor (Stripe), Google (sign-in and, if you accept, analytics), hosting and database providers, and the production tools used to make your ads, only as needed to deliver the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to protect Google sign-in. With your permission, we also use Google Analytics cookies to understand how the site is used. They stay off unless you choose “Accept analytics”, and you can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. We don't use advertising cookies.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it. Email us at hello@flowmelo.com or use the contact page, and we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
