A person writes the concept and script for your product. We then create the scenes with AI video tools, and an editor checks every shot, fixes anything that looks off, and adds captions, music and your branding. No crew, actors or locations to book.

Flowmelo is a UK creative studio. We make short, vertical video ads for brands that sell on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Meta, without the cost and scheduling of a traditional shoot.
You work with us directly, by email or through your order page, from the first brief to the final file. No account managers to get past and no software to learn.

What happens after I pay?
Your order page opens straight away. Add your brand details, then a short brief for each video: the product or service, the goal and the key message or offer. Your first concept arrives within 2 working days of your first brief. You can brief videos at different times.
When will my ads be ready?
Production starts the next working day after you approve a video's concept and we have what we need from you. Estimated production time is 2 working days for 1 video, 4 for 3, 6 for 5 and 10 for 10. Each video gets its own delivery date when you approve it: videos approved on the same day share a date, and a video approved later is counted from its own approval, using the same production time. Your review time isn't counted. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays.
How many changes can I make?
Before production you get one round of feedback on each video's concept: send all your comments together and we'll revise it for you to approve. Further concept changes are quoted first. After delivery you get one round of finishing edits per video, requested within 7 days: again, please send every change in one request. Finishing edits cover captions and on-screen text, logo placement, sound and music levels, swapping the music track (where licensing allows) and simple trims. A new scene, script, storyline, presenter, location or product shot is a new production, and we'll quote before starting. We always fix clear AI glitches, or anything that doesn't match the approved concept, free of charge.
What isn't included?
Packages don't include other aspect ratios (1:1, 16:9), extra hooks or variants, extra languages, longer cuts, bespoke avatars, rush delivery or project files, but we can quote for any of these. We also don't set up ad accounts, post content or buy media.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Refunds are worked out per video, using its share of the package price (the total divided by the number of videos). If we haven't started a video, you get its full share back, or the whole package if nothing has started. If its concept has been started but not approved, we keep 50% of that video's share for the concept work and refund the rest. Once you've approved a video it goes into production, so it can't be refunded unless we can't deliver what you approved. For example, on 3 Videos (£199) each video's share is £66.33, so cancelling one with its concept started refunds £33.16. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
Can my videos cover different products?
Yes. Each package is for one brand, and each video can cover a different product, service or campaign. You can send your briefs at different times.
Do you post or run the ads for me?
No. We make the creative files. Ad-account setup, posting, media buying and campaign management aren't included, and no one can guarantee views, sales or platform approval.
