What happens after I pay?
Your order page opens straight away. Add your brand details, then a short brief for each video: the product or service, the goal and the key message or offer. Your first concept arrives within 2 working days of your first brief. You can brief videos at different times.
When will my ads be ready?
Production starts the next working day after you approve a video's concept and we have what we need from you. Estimated production time is 2 working days for 1 video, 4 for 3, 6 for 5 and 10 for 10. Each video gets its own delivery date when you approve it: videos approved on the same day share a date, and a video approved later is counted from its own approval, using the same production time. Your review time isn't counted. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding England and Wales bank holidays.
How many changes can I make?
Before production you get one round of feedback on each video's concept: send all your comments together and we'll revise it for you to approve. Further concept changes are quoted first. After delivery you get one round of finishing edits per video, requested within 7 days: again, please send every change in one request. Finishing edits cover captions and on-screen text, logo placement, sound and music levels, swapping the music track (where licensing allows) and simple trims. A new scene, script, storyline, presenter, location or product shot is a new production, and we'll quote before starting. We always fix clear AI glitches, or anything that doesn't match the approved concept, free of charge.
Can I cancel or get a refund?
Refunds are worked out per video, using its share of the package price (the total divided by the number of videos). If we haven't started a video, you get its full share back, or the whole package if nothing has started. If its concept has been started but not approved, we keep 50% of that video's share for the concept work and refund the rest. Once you've approved a video it goes into production, so it can't be refunded unless we can't deliver what you approved. For example, on 3 Videos (£199) each video's share is £66.33, so cancelling one with its concept started refunds £33.16. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
Is the price the full amount I pay?
Yes. Prices are in GBP and are a one-off payment for the full package, with no subscription. If you have a discount code, add it at checkout and you'll see the new total before you pay. Extras such as other aspect ratios are only added if you ask for them, and we quote first.
Can I use the ads commercially?
Yes. You can use the final ad to advertise your business, subject to third-party licences (such as music) and our terms. Raw generations, project files, prompts and unused concepts aren't included.
How do you use AI?
A person writes the concept and script for your product. We then create the scenes with AI video tools, and an editor checks every shot, fixes anything that looks off, and adds captions, music and your branding. We follow each platform's rules on AI content and won't create fake testimonials or imply a real person used your product.
